Turnin Swivel Base
- Turnin is
a swivel base that swivels the chair into the car, is intended for MPVs and
minibuses and facilitates transfer between a wheelchair and a seat inside
the car.
- The wheelchair passenger enters the vehicle via a ramp or wheelchair lift
and secures the chair in a wheelchair restraint or Q-straint wheelchair anchorage
fitted to the floor.
- Turnin is electrically operated by a manual control and swivelling stops
when the button on the manual control is released, allowing the users to move
their legs at their own pace. The forward extension of the chair is controlled
manually.
- Turnin
is crash-tested and the meets requirements of current legislation and regulations
and is a CE-labelled product.
